Customized Pipe Expansion Joint Flange Type Pump Flexible Connector
Product Description
Customized flange type pipe expansion joints are professional rubber flexible connectors specially matched for pump piping systems. We support full customization of diameter, working pressure, rubber formula and flange material to fit various pump units.
Made of reinforced multi-layer cord fabric with embedded steel wire rings, the joints are available in EPDM, NBR and CR rubber to transport cooling water, mineral oil, compressed air and mild corrosive fluids. Floating carbon steel or stainless steel flanges simplify pipe alignment during installation.
Installed between pumps and pipelines, these flexible connectors cut vibration transmission, lower pipeline resonance noise, compensate axial, lateral and angular displacement caused by thermal expansion and installation deviation, and cushion water hammer impact. Widely used in HVAC, water supply, chemical and oil pumping projects.
